Instead, we charge a fair and reasonable price for work performed, keep you informed throughout any matter and we aim to provide exemplary service. 

We quote for real - if we scope work, then we do our best to ensure it is properly and fully scoped (no nasty surprises) and if we tell you a price, then we are telling you what it will cost plus anything we cannot estimate and what that may entail. Of course, there can be imponderables or quirks - but we try to tell you all known or likely costs, up front. 

Not all firms apply that approach.
